2026 Nutcracker Audition Information
We are currently only accepting new submissions from dancers ages 5-10.
Wait list submissions for ages 11+ are being accepted. Wait listed dancers may or may not receive the opportunity to participate in Ovations Studios' 2026 Nutcracker season. Dancers offered the opportunity to participate will be determined by casting needs and not on a first come first served basis.
*We are over full in the 11-12 year old age range. We will most likely not be able to offer participation opportunities to wait listed dancers in this age range this year.
Please complete an audition form for each dancer. All dancers must be 5+ years of age prior to September 1, 2026.
Dancers ages 5-10
Please fill out the form by clicking HERE. Dancers ages 5-10 do not need to submit an audition video or attend an in-person audition.
Dancers ages 11+ (age 11 or older by 9/1/26)
For any dancer age 11+ who is not able to attend the in-person audition, please submit a 2-3 minute ballet focused video in addition to filling out the audition form. Dancers en pointe do not need to submit videos containing pointe work. Videos may be of a Zoom class exercise, space appropriate variation or other ballet-based exercise. If dancers choose a barre exercise, we ask that they perform the exercise without the use of the barre.
